train like an olympian | do each exercise intensely for 30 seconds. move onto each move with little or no recovery time in between. once you’ve completed all the moves (4 minutes total) take a 60-90 second break and repeat set 2 to 3 more times.

I recently went through my old ReadyMade magazines and was inspired to start a new feature - on upcycling! There are so many great ways to re-use the things around us. Hopefully you find some inspiration!
The first thing we’re looking at is one of the easiest things to upcycle - a plastic bottle! From soda bottles to milk bottles, I’m sure you have some sitting in your house somewhere.
